Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions set out the expectations for the service user and the therapist. The agreement is made between us to ensure both parties are protected.  If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions provided to you, please contact us.

First Appointment

1. Your appointment will be confirmed via email or text with all the relevant information included.
2. At the end of the first appointment the therapist will explain the next steps, for example if further assessment is required or if therapy will take place.
3. The therapist will let you know if they have the right skill and experience to meet your child and family’s communication need.
4. The therapist will signpost to other professionals if necessary.

Further appointments

 This includes therapy sessions, follow up activities with you or educational staff.
